For the other HTTP traffic types: The behaviour for https:// is stated in section 1.1, but what is the expected behaviour of the Explicit Authenticated Proxy for http:// URIs over HTTP/2 but not TLS? The answer may also affect section 4.2 which talks about http:// over HTTP/1.1.
