Re: I-D Action: draft-ietf-httpbis-http2-12.txt

Three substantive changes here folks:

* priority is now a weighted tree
* added the BLOCKED frame
* added per-frame gzip

These are largely new features.  We get to decide whether to keep them
based on whether they are implemented, interoperable and liked.  But
there was enough interest to warrant inclusion.
