A number of people at our Hamburg interim felt it would be useful to have a separate place for discussion of the details of operating HTTP/2, in particular doing large deployments, transitioning from /1 to /2, etc. Additionally, some folks want to discuss issues related to testing the protocol without being exposed to the full firehose of the protocol discussion. We now have a mailing list for this purpose: https://www.ietf.org/mailman/listinfo/http-devops ("QAOPS" might be a better name for it, but that's not quite as catchy) Please forward this to interested OPS and QA folks for their consideration. Note that while this is not the "official" WG mailing list, the IETF NOTE WELL terms still apply. I'll be reminding folks to move discussion over to the main list if it becomes about protocol design; that said, I do expect this list will yield some issues / input for us to consider.
