Based on the Application Layer Protocol Negotiation (ALPN) announcement for TLS: http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/tls/current/msg09470.html I've created an issue to update the HTTP/2 implementation draft to ALPN - https://github.com/http2/http2-spec/issues/59 - to reflect the action item from the Tokyo meeting. A New Internet-Draft is available from the on-line Internet-Drafts directories. This draft is a work item of the Transport Layer Security Working Group of the IETF.
