Hi everyone,

I've begun working on an Internet-Draft that describes how cookies
work in reality.  I've posted a -00 version of the document (which is
really more of a straw-man to work from):

If you're interested in helping, I'd encourage you to subscribe to the
http-state@ietf.org mailing list.  We're in the process of hashing out
a charter and hope to form a working group soon.
