I'm not entirely sure why this property is considered so important. In  
a typical WebDAV environment another user can MOVE the resource  
anyways. Whether the server rebinds the resource or another user, is  
not really relevant to the client, it needs to deal with the situation  
anyways.

Whats the practical, real-world, consequence for clients?
