I have made text and html versions of two new internet drafts
connected to content negotiation available in the usual place:
http://gewis.win.tue.nl/~koen/conneg/
First, there is a draft which separates out the Alternates header from
the rest of TCN:
draft-ietf-http-alternates-00.txt
The Alternates Header Field
Abstract:
HTTP allows web site authors to put multiple versions of the same
information under a single URL. The Alternates header field can
be used to transmit a machine-readable description of these
versions. This allows the recipient to automatically select the
most appropriate version.
I also made some small changes to the main TCN draft. The new version
is draft-ietf-http-negotiation-04.txt.
All three technical drafts:
draft-ietf-http-negotiation-04.txt
draft-ietf-http-rvsa-v10-02.txt
draft-ietf-http-alternates-00.txt
are now ready for last call, in my opinion.
Happy reading!
Koen.
