Can implementors of clients, proxies, and origin servers please
respond to a quick straw poll about Alternates:

 a) you're interested in implementing this and would like
to see it added as a Proposed Standard
 b) you're interested in seeing experimental results from
using this and would like to see it moved forward as
    an Experimental Protocol
 c) neither: you wish Alternates would go away

A simple message to me with one of those choices would help
inform the decision on how to move forward on this.
