PUT multipart

In Munich, it came to my attention (thanks Yaron) that Paul Leach is
privately circulating a draft about what PUT of a multipart entity
means.  This being news to me, I would like to see it sooner rather
than later, since, according to Yaron, our interpretation differs from
Paul's.
