Oops. I did not realise it had expired already.

Anyway, I plan to do a revised version this weekend.  The revision is
basically to split off the discussion material into a separate
scenario draft.

Note that there is now some experience with the new MIME type
registration rules, which were still in draft when I adapted them for
feature registration.

The experience is that no bad DNS-like disasters have happened in the
MIME type space since the new MIME rules were adopted.  This makes me
confident that adapting the MIME rules for feature registration was the
correct thing to do.
