HTTP-WG meeting: Need volunteers

I'd like volunteers to lead the discussion in the areas on the agenda
(e.g., summarize issues). I also need (one or two) volunteer(s) to
take minutes and record any decisions made at the meeting so they can
be reviewed later on the list.

Please note that the proposed agenda is a DRAFT, and other events
and requests may cause us to move things around. Please don't plan
your travel around the proposed agenda. With that caveat, I've been
asked to switch 'cookies' and 'range' in the agenda, and will do so
unless there are counter-objections.

Another item: last I heard, Monday, March 4, 9:30-11:30, the HTML
working group meeting is replaced with 'a special "advise the ADs and
the Applications Area Directorate" BOF' constituted to review a
possible strategy to register HTML features.

So, if you're concerned about feature set negotiation, please note
that the outcome of the Monday morning meeting will likely affect our
direction in this area, at least for HTML.
