John Franks and Phillip Hallam-Baker have both volunteered to edit the
Digest Authentication draft. Thanks! John is preparing (has prepared)
a revised version for review.

Unfortunately, the nominal deadline for Internet Drafts for the next
IETF meeting has passed. (Perhaps they'll accept it anyway.)

In the meanwhile, I'll change the status of Digest Authentication back
to 'Open', and note that it is believed that the major objections to
the draft have been addressed but that this must be verified once the
draft is available for review.
