Actually, not really moved.  The disks were replaced on our old
server machine, which caused a directory name change, which would
be just fine if it were not for the symlink that connects our
new web machine to the old archive location.

So, if you need access to the archive right now, you can get to
them at

   ftp://liege.ics.uci.edu/pub/ietf/http

Hopefully, the problem will be fixed by 9am PST.
