Can those who have posted on the issue of 'maximum length of URLs'
please get together, decide offline on a common position and wording
for both the HTTP/1.0 description and the HTTP/1.1 specification, and
get back to us on this.

I don't think anyone thinks we shouldn't say anything about this, and
I just want to make sure that 'the last person who posted' isn't taken
by default to be the 'caller of consensus'.
