Unless there is strong objection, I plan to ask that the IESG consider: ftp://ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-holtman-http-safe-03.txt ftp://ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-http-uahint-01.txt to become Experimental RFCs, on the recommendation of the HTTP working group. (More 'last calls' to come, but these are the two simplest cases.)
