feature registration expired

draft-ietf-http-feature-reg-00.txt has expired (more than
6 months after the last revision). Are we intending to
revive it? Should we drop it, or put it back into the
(to-be-experimental) TCN draft?

It's hard to get IANA to start registering features unless
there's a BCP or standards track that calls for such registration,
I think.
