This is to inform you that the PEP draft is moving forward. We expect a new draft to come out Monday and would solicit inputs and comments on the mailing list. The current draft is available at ftp://ds.internic.net/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-http-pep-01.txt We have updated the PEP pages at http://www.w3.org/pub/WWW/Protocols/PEP/ where you can find information about PEP and previous drafts.
