There is another BOF being organized on a topic related to the mux. This other BOF is called SLUMS, and is on the WG&BOF agenda page for IETF-44. A mailing list was created for followup discussions to the RUTS BOF of IETF-43. You can read about the mailing list in the Transport Area report (but not in the RUTS BOF report) in the IETF-43 proceedings.
