Re: Audio/AMR

Hi,
I am working on AMR Narrow Band files. Encoding is complex process so i'm trying to use 26073-410_ANSI-C_source_code. The problem is output format. .cod files what this C-soft produced are bit files in format: 
      FRAME_TYPE
     B1
     B2
     .
     B244
     MODE_INFO
     unused1
     .
     unused4
     

(it is defined in .doc file of this source package)
I made AMR header and collected bit-by bit data (B1..Bx) from this file and got file in format as specified in draft-ietf-avt-rtp-amr-13.txt.
What i got: some noise. Maybe someone have iexperiances in this ?
