Fwd: Last Call: Date and Time on the Internet: Timestamps to Proposed Standard

Greetings again. The following draft (covering date and time formats) 
probably affects all IETF applications protocols, and makes for 
interesting reading. It is in IETF last call, so this is a good time 
to do serious nit-picking on it.
