RE: DAV:checked-out property of a working-resource

OK, now I get it.  The DAV:create-working-resource post-condition
needs to be split into two post-conditions, i.e. one that applies
when "the method is applied to a version" (most of the text),
and another that applies when "the request-URL identified a version"
(just the last statement about the DAV:auto-update property).

I'll add this to the RFC-3253 errata list.
