Certainly all of the names of reports can be pruned from section 16.1 since
according to section 11.1: "Every resource MUST support
DAV:available-report..."

Everyone is encouraged to send in a subset that they think
makes sense (or just indicate that they plan on just implementing
everything). Whatever gets to me by the end of the month will make
it into the last call version of the protocol.
