I have made all changes agreed upon at the Pittsburgh IETF meeting,
and all changes in the "Pending Changes" section of the 07 draft of
the protocol (e.g. the "required" XML element attribute, the new
"update" value for the Overwrite header).
Although I am sure there are numerous cosmetic changes we could make,
I believe that after we flush out the typos from this last round
of changes, we are semantically ready for last call.
With folks like Greg starting to write against the protocol, I believe
it is important to stabilize it ASAP.
Let's discuss this on Monday's conference call. (I'll send out a
reminder tomorrow morning).
