Next Monday is a US holiday, so let's have one on Sept. 11. The only outstanding semantic issue I have is to discuss the proposal to use a "Error-Type" response header, to use with a 409 status to indicate which preconditions were violated. This is currently being discussed on the new mailing list JimW set up for this topic, so there may be no need to discuss this on Monday. If we in fact have no other outstanding semantic issues, then I think we should go to last call, as a way of giving implementors a go-ahead signal. I believe Chris had some issues/questions, but if they can be handled expeditiously, it currently seems reasonable to try for last call by the end of September. This would allow us to discuss the last-call comments/issues at the December IETF meeting.
