Regarding 9.1 (Workspaces):
Are workspaces versionable collections?
If the server supports versionable collections, yes (a server
can support workspaces but not support versionable collections).
Note that a server could chose to support versionable collections but
not allow you to put a workspace collection under version control, but
that would be a very strange choice).
(If they are, might they be put under version control by a server
automatically?)
