    No, it is modifiable.  The underlying access control mechanism
    provided by your server (if any) might control who can modify it
    though.
    
    With the removal of dynamic version selection, the
    DAV:revision-selection-rule is basically just a dead property which by
    convention will hold XML text suitable for input to an "UPDATE"
    request.
