    Subject: Baseline

    In draft-ietf-deltav-versioning-03.1.doc Section 13.2 BASELINE

"The new baseline is added to the DAV:successor-set property of all
baselines currently selected by the workspace for that versioned
    collection."

    What does that mean?
Where will the baseline be created? My understanding is that it would be in
stable-URL space. If it is in user-URL space then is there any guess as to
where the server will create it, and how could the workspace select multiple
baselines for a versioned collection? This sentence is confusing (to me).
    Similarly, the next two lines:
if there is a 'selected' activity...
if there is a 'selected' label ... ???

I would further assume that the predecessor-successor relationship for
baselines is meaningless. If it is defined at all it would be purely
chronological on when the baselines were created.
