Subject: Protocol doc 10.1.1

Is the collection property (in 10.1.1) a default workspace or a default 
revision?
If it is workspace, is the default selection deep or just on immediate 
members of that collection?

In 10.2.1 and 10.2.2 the properties are defined as 'optional' -- does this 
mean that a server need not implement those properties and still be 
compliant?
