Subject: No DELTA-V Meeting at Adelaide
All,
We have decided not to hold a DELTA-V meeting at Adelaide because of travel
expense and the small number of people who could attend. Our next
face-to-face meeting is being held in Redmond WA Feb 16 and 17. See below
for details. Patrik, could you forward to Ned and send his email for future
reference? Thanks.
Although all official work happens in the mailing
list and at the IETF meetings, it is often beneficial
to have additional "high bandwidth" discussions to
facilitate design discussions between regular IETF
meetings. The next of these meetings will be hosted
by Microsoft on Feb 16th & 17th in Redmond, WA.
Please note that meeting minutes will be issued to the
mailing list and all decisions made at the meeting are
subject to review on mailing list.
The meeting will be held in building 44 (Augusta) of
the Microsoft campus, and will run from 9-5 on both days
in the lobby conference room (1410). Try to arrive a
little early so that we can start promptly at 9.
PLEASE REPLY TO ME SO THAT I CAN GET AN ACCURATE COUNT
OF THE ATTENDEES.
The local airport is SEATAC and is roughly a 30-45 minute
drive to Microsoft depending on traffic. Heavy traffic
is typical from 6-9 am and 4-7 pm. Carpool lanes are
available.
