Maybe we should ask the HTML people to allow an anchor to have a time limit attached to do this sort of thing.. EG <IMG src=ADVERTSERVER srclife=XXX> Then the browser could re-fetch ADVERTSERVER which would be a MOved response pointing at the real ad. So the original page can be persistant, the add images can be persistant so no cache busting... Yet the advert changes..
