HTTP-caching Hypermail archive now available on the Web

Thanks to Martin Hamilton <martin@mrrl.lut.ac.uk>, we now have
a Web-accessible Hypermail archive:

	http://www.roads.lut.ac.uk/lists/http-caching/

The archive is also available as a single text file at

P.S.: I'm back from my trip, but it might take me a while to catch
up.  Somewhere around midnight on Christmas eve, the power for our
building failed.  We have an uninterruptible power supply for our
major servers and routers, but its batteries ran down before anyone
realized what was wrong.  This has to have been about worst hour of
the year for the power to have failed!  Anyway, if people tried to
send mail to the http-caching@pa.dec.com address and it didn't get
through, try again now: we seem to have repaired most of the problems.
