the word span in error 21 of 
https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fnewvisiona.com%2F is a 
hyperlink. Click on it and it brings you to an explanation what span is 
about. I couldn't do it better.

Essentially I think span cannot contain other block elements. div can.
