Need Help to tidy up HTML on website from AdPostman on 2022-12-13 (html-tidy@w3.org from October to December 2022)

Hello,

I'm trying to tidy up all the htmls on my website https://adpostman.com/

Problem I'm running into is that the UTF8 gets translated into the
ascii-USA version and I can no longer read the text file....I must be
doing something wrong.

Please help to solve this issue.
