I don't believe this is a Tidy bug but something to do with a windows configuration. Possibly you have seen it before. I am using a webtable access dll purchased from a private developer, that in turn uses tidy.dll. Everything works perfectly on many windows machines (windows 10 64 bit), but on some laptops the identical installation results in the error Is this a known issue?
