Yes, there seems some problem... we will try
to fix this...

Meantime you can get them from here -
  https://github.com/htacg/binaries/tree/gh-pages/binaries
and navigate into one of the folders...

Note, you may need to use - Right Click on a binary,
and choose 'Save Link As...', and choose where to
download it too...

Sorry about this hiccup... I'm sure it worked
before, and will get it working again...
