how do I download html tidy?

How do I download the latest html tidy source code?

The page http://tidy.sourceforge.net/
says to download it from http://tidy.cvs.sourceforge.net/tidy/tidy/src/version.h?view=markup
but all that has is a download for the file version.h.  I need all of the source code so I can build it.
