Is there a password on the CVS tree for HtmlTidy?

I tried loggin in using the instructions on the project page at SourceForge
but got the following error message:

cvs [login aborted]: connect to cvs.sourceforge.net(216.34.181.96):2401
failed: Connection refused

Has the project been moved?
