How to use the Tidy dll

Hi,

    I found that HTML Tidy will be the most accurate tool to be used to meet my requirement.
    I have downloaded a copy of the Tidy dll, and tried to use in my VC++ project.
    But I see that the input(The HTML code to be cleaned) can be given only as a string.
    If there were a way to read the i/p from a *.html and write o/p to *.html,
    it would have been very helpful.
    Kindly respond with the procedure to meet my requirement.
