I apologize for not clarifying well the purpose of this software in my first mail. This is a software completely independent of the Tidy program. That is, it does not include any source code of the Tidy program. The software can be used to process any XML, not only those generated by the Tidy. The W3C license does not affect at all at this software, which I decided to distribute as GPL.
