There are three HTML::Tidy Perl XS Wrappers actually, so I'm not sure
which one you are referring to...

It would be a problem with the wrapper unless you can reproduce this
problem with the `tidy` command line utility, so I would suggest to
contact the module author or follow the bug report instructions in
the documentation if any.
