Absolutely nothing bad to say about about Tidy - but I find these
lines quite amusing:

Internationalization issues" ... and so on ...

Yups .... international issues ...  ;o)

It looks like some mess-up between UTF and iso-8859-1. I guessed
you'ed like to know about it.
My WinXP is Danish - but my browsers are international versions. Do
you need any more info, feel free to mail me  :)
