Lowercase attribue's value

Hi,

Does anyone knows if there's a way to configure jTidy to render
attribue's value in lowercase :

<input type=TEXT> is converted to <input type="TEXT"> and this is not
validated by the 3 official
xhtml dtds where the attribue's value expected is "text".
