[WCAG-EM Report Tool] FR translation

Dear Mrs Shawn, dear WAI Education and Outreach editors,

The State of Geneva<https://www.ge.ch/> and the Swiss Digital Administration<https://www.administration-numerique-suisse.ch/fr> wish to contribute to the implementation of a french version of the WCAG-EMreport tool of the W3C.
Currently, the report tool is available in English and Dutch on W3C web site.

The WCAG 2.1 recommendation in french was published on 11.07.2022<https://www.w3.org/Translations/WCAG21-fr/>,
we therefore wish to rely on this work to propose an "FR" translation of the report tool
and complete the scope of this open source product<https://github.com/w3c/wai-wcag-em-report-tool/tree/main/src/locales> to promote its use within Swiss administrations, and more.

Sensitive to the quality of digital accessibility and its improvement,
could you tell us how to proceed and who to contact for the implementation of this project
and allow the french-speaking community to rely on an adapted and centralized report tool on W3C web site?
