Found OWLDoc ... RE: [VM] Looking at Javadoc, dreaming of RDFdoc

Just discovered the CO-ODE tool OWLDoc yesterday (better late than never), which is quite
the kind of tool I had in mind. At least one person in this TF knows it :)) Certainly Alan
missed this thread, otherwise I'm sure he would have mentioned it ...

So far this tool is bound to Protégé OWL Plugin, otherwise it's exactly what I had in
mind, but usable for any RDF vocabulary, and available as a standalone tool (independent
of Protégé or any other RDF/OWL editor).
