minor xslt 2.0 spec typo

Minor nit:

I think the word "either" isn't supposed to be in this sentence from section 

"An element enables backwards-compatible behavior for itself, its attributes, 
its descendants and their attributes if either it has an [xsl:]version 
attribute (see [2.3 Standard Attributes]) whose value is less than 2.0."
