Hi,

in a section 3.4 there is a list of whitespace characters. This list
lacks #x2028 character which is used by some applications to delimit
lines. Draft of XML 1.1 also adds this character to white spaces. 

I appreciate new WD, it's much more precise and clear than 1.0. Thanks.
