Minor improvements to tests.xproc.org

Now that we have a test report format, I've improved the display of
test reports. See, for example:

  http://tests.xproc.org/results/calabash/

I've also added a stylesheet PI and some CSS styling to the test cases
themselves. So if you load them into a modern browser, you should get
a nicely styled page.
