I totally agree with Eliot that it pretty much depends on specific use
case,
which typing method to choose.
Actually I like the WSX style best, because of its easy readability.

This year at the XML Europe in Amsterdam Uche G. Ogbuji held a very
interesting talk about XML design principles.
