Serna Beta-3 has complete V1.0 functionality. This beta brings you a
number of new features, including:

    - Spell checking.
    - Implemented XSLT function document().
    - Table cell row span support (aka vertical spans).
    - Enhanced DITA support.
    - Original Norman Walsh L10N for Docbook stylesheet.
    - Implemented Drag&Drop functionality for Windows version.
