XML Schema data types to SQL data types

Here is a link to a table of possible mappings between XML Schema and
SQL data types.

This is based on the idea that a relational database schema has been
generated from an XML Schema. The appropriate SQL data types should be
used in the database so that data from conforming instance documents can
be stored.

The table is very much under construction and any comments or criticisms
would be most welcome.
